- To provide the Services: run your account, process the work you ask for, and publish and report on posts you approve for the accounts you connect.
- To answer you: respond through Ask Jefferson and by email, and review assistant conversations to improve its answers.
- To keep the Services secure: authenticate sign-ins, prevent misuse and fraud, and keep audit records of significant actions.
- To improve the Services: understand which pages and features are used, in aggregate.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We use data from connected social network accounts only to provide the posting and reporting you asked for. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not combine it with other data to build profiles of individuals.
3. How we share information
- Your organization. Information in an organization's workspace is visible to the people that organization authorizes.
- The networks you connect. When you ask us to publish a post, we send it to that network.
- Service providers that host and operate the Services for us under contract, including cloud hosting, email delivery, and AI model providers that process assistant conversations to generate replies. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of insurEco, our users or others.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal information.
4. Cookies
Our public websites use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We set cookies only to sign you in and keep your session secure (for example, during a Bio-ID sign-in). Blocking them stops sign-in from working but does not affect browsing.
5. Security
Information is encrypted in transit. Credentials, API keys and access tokens are stored encrypted and are never displayed after they are saved. Access to production systems is limited to staff who need it and is logged. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected users of a breach as the law requires.
6. How long we keep information
We keep account and business information for as long as the account is active and as needed to provide the Services. When you disconnect a social network account, we stop using it and delete its access token. We keep records longer only where the law or our audit obligations require it, then delete or de-identify them.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and object to or limit certain uses. You can disconnect any social network account from the Services at any time, and you can also remove our access from the network's own settings. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law allows. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
California residents: the categories of information we collect, their sources, and the purposes we use them for are described in sections 1 and 2. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
8. International users
We operate in the United States, and information is processed and stored there.
9. Changes to this policy
